@IndianTsunami Thanks. So, the Pothireddypadu regulator, which was supposed to provide water under Telugu Ganga project, has been augmented to supply water to Rayalseema? Won't this eat into Telangana's share?
Every state should use only the water allocated to it by kwdt. Andhra claims to use only its share of nikara jalalu by reducing supply to Nagarjuna sagar so that rayalaseema can get some stable predictable supply. It will compensate the loss to Krishna delta by using surplus water(migulu jalalu) of godavari by linking of both rivers. Practically speaking when andhra starts polavaram or pattiseema brijesh Kumar tribunal said upper states can use 35tmc extra water. Now telangana has also become an upper state and is demanding revision of tribunal awards so that it will also get extra water. Mh,ap and KA are opposing revising tribunal allocations. Ap as a low lying state will get less nikara jalalu and more migulu jalalu if tribunal revises the allocation. This will bring uncertainty for them.

TS govt expects speedy completion of wardha-dichpally transmission line , through which TS can purchase power from Chattisgarh at reasonable price 3. It is expected by TS government that ,Bhoopalapally (600 MW), Singareni-Jaipur (1,200 MW) and KTPS (800 MW) will start production before October 2016. please add some more points
Well put @nik245. But the AP government still expects 46% of power from plants in Telangana. Further, the investment for the Krishnapatnam plant has not been solely AP's. Even Telangana's investment has been there (more than Rs. 1000cr). So do you think KCR's step is justified?
AP govt.'s communication advisor argued that Investments on krishnapatnam plant will entitle TS govt of profits and dividends but not the share of plant's production
Security in both states is business as usual imo. People are afraid that naxalism might increase after bifurcation. But we don't see any such chances. Greyhounds have crushed them to such a level that they can't revive in our states. They lost all their safe locations and border combing is a continuous process. Greyhounds has two training centers one is in Hyderabad and one is in seema.
Coming to terrorism TS has same police power in hyd even after bifurcation. Though andhra might be weak in handling terrorism andhra has the advantage of not being a main target.
Another point is security of seemandhra people in Hyderabad. TS govt is time and again saying we ll protect ppl from all states. Andhra govt is also ruling from hyd. Any bad situation will give strength to the clause in ap bifurcation Bill to keep security of hyd in governor hands. Moreover no one is hating the other region ppl. Hence peace prevails.

New training centre for AP will be started after decision on capital

Coming to terrorism TS has same police power in hyd even after bifurcation. Though andhra might be weak in handling terrorism andhra has the advantage of not being a main target.
