i called upsc. i told that i am calling on behalf of my friend who is in chennai.
he said we are considering the situation. being asked about probability of positive, he said that if enough number of written requests are made then chance of postponment is there.
i think now its in hand of chennai people to send emails etc.
friends many of my mates in chennai dont have power or internet and no mobile connectivity it would be impossible for them to send mails,few like me who have inverters are working on behalf of them,kindly u guys too keep knocking UPSC and DOPT,my inverter too would die soon.
friends try to make media aware of the issue,i dont have twitter tried opening one but unfortunately its asking me to confirm my mobile number by sending a message but my mobile has no network,guyz who have twitter account plz tweet the issue to NDTV,TIMES NOW and CNN IBNetc
many people cant call because no mobile network here,i could use internet coz its a landline connection,no mobile is working here for the past 3 days,CPCL refinery flooded they stopped production,its impossible for us to even get fuel now and without diesel for another few days its impossible to think about mobile phone towers functioning.thats why im here urging my pan India friends to come to our rescue.

in anycase be prepared with all your friends . ans as and when you get network call and write to upsc.
