thing is that only exam of chennai centre will be postponed in the best case scenario.
had it been postponment of exam through out india, there would hv been many more supporters as many are ill prepared.
nonetheless we should all support chennaites demand in any case.
guys my parents also spoke to upsc. they said they want written details so that they have strong reasons to take necessary decisions. Pl make a mass petition campaign and also ask the parents to pressurize upsc. Pl state that although rain may recede the spin off effects will take a toll. no power cut for last 72 hrs, water borne infections have begun and what if the centre itself is submerged!!
most effective argument will be - your studies got severly affected due to flooding.
not accessint centre etc will not be a heavy argument bcos by 18 dec most probly things like centres and roads etc will b cleared.
postponing exam for chennai centre only will not be a feasible solution , because new papers will have to prepared. And there will be no parity in the level of questions asked. The only solution is India wide postponement or no postponement.
