all let all the media and news channels ( especially of tamil nadu be aware of this situation through either internet or telephone... these things can be done by delhities on behalf of chennai people..
i called upsc. i told that i am calling on behalf of my friend who is in chennai.
he said we are considering the situation. being asked about probability of positive, he said that if enough number of written requests are made then chance of postponment is there.
i think now its in hand of chennai people to send emails etc.
how are chennai people suppose to send written requests in the dilapidated state of posts and communication? we should ask them?

Sir, with due rspect I beg to say that I am doing the job in chennai..My centre for mains exam was in delhi as i was doing coaching in delhi at that time...Now it is flooding for last some days.our condition is pathetic.No electricity, no communication, no studies..Even the water has entered into our homes..So we are unable to do any study..And its also difficult to reach to delhi now to appear in mains exam..please POSTPONE the MAINS EXAM for DELHI CENTRE on humanitarian grounds.Please save our future.
