@ Hegde ... bro its nice answer only suggestions i have to make are: 1. try to bring in points from constitution articulated by the supreme court to give weight to ur points 2. the thing uve mentioned under impact shud be under the importance tab. like it widens democracy etc etc ...imapct is umthing which has been seen already like the recent nota statistics u mentioned regarding assembly elections in mp chattisgarh 3. ur answer shud be longer and near about the word limit 4. avoid cosmetic makeover of answers like intro note...all of us know wat nota means just come directly to the point of importance and impact even i have made same mistake in my answer causing me to overshoot word limit by 40-50 words
