hahahaha.. tum logo se na ho payega! tum angrez ki aulad "armchair intellectuals" ho...sirf online comment maar sakte ho! dum ho toh sadko par ao..aur apna khoon paseena lagao! Open challenge!!! Ee kaam sirf ham sacche bharati kar sakte hai.. Ek exam pattern nahi badalwa sakte...kal ias bankar system ko kaise badal paonge..hahahaha beta tumse naa ho paega :-q
bahut khoob
Bhaiya system badal chuka hain. No more DM is expected to use his discretionary powers for developmental works. Now he is expected to manage and administer with planning transferred into ambit of third level of governance. Thats why committees go on to recommend lateral entry of Engineers, Doctors and MBAs.
Take for example 5 roads are to be repaired of 10 roads in bad condition. Municipal body will make the choice which those 5 roads will be. People have been empowered to decide what they want and how they want.
DM acts as a facilitator now not as a Messiah. Certainly he need to have the aptitude, logical reasoning and communication skill to discharge his duties efficiently. This thought went into introduction of CSAT which retrograde thinkers pulled down.
Kya yaar kitaabi baatein padh liye ho bas.Lateral entry kis position ke liye hoti hai pata bhi hai?secy ya joint secy level pe lateral entry ki baat hoti hai.DM level pe nhi.jaa ke kisi gaon me dekho DM ka role.Abhi bhi wo messeaih hi hai .Isi rural-urban divide ke kaaran hi to csat hataya gaya hai.pub ad ki kitab me ek bahut badhiya line hai ki"what eyes donot see heart doesnot grieve about".Samajh gaye babua.
Farzi itna lamba comment likh diya. Bhaiya jo bhi pattern hoga koshish toh karenge hi hum. Succeed karne wale GS mein bhi sahi hote hain so jyada khush na ho balak.
@agent_upsc csat is my strength.. But that doesn't mean I m poor in Gs. csat makes my probability of getting through stronger like removal of csat makes it stronger for u. And I belong to rural India. But I worked hard to make my apti strong. Not like u.. that won't work for improvement but will use online forums to demean people w/o knowing anything. So study hard Mr agent upsc.. else this time also u will flunk and protest for next 3 yrs for removal of gs From exam.. and free entry to mains for ppl like u..
Nikola you have lost your senses . You don't have any Idea about the plight of mysery faced by regional aspirants. Close to 3000 fail in mains English so there is a case of eliminating Compulsory english paper as some biased teacher must be checking the paper. If you go ahead with this senseless demand of yours we are going to further step up pressure for the following
1.Elimination of discriminatory compulsory English paper from mains(on the lines of CSAT) 2. Inclusion of Indian Language paper in over all marks tally.(which has more practical advantages in Indian scenario) 3. Reduction of overall marks for Interview by half -Max Marks 150(where regional medium guys are harassed and considered inferior)
