Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab and NCR econmies are invariably running on the migrants from UP, Bihar. These people are occupying the lowest level of jobs (construction sector, farm labourers especially in Punjab etc) which local people often don't want to do it or will not be doing it even in absence of migrants. The migrants often is a cheap labor for industries and construction sector. These states economy depends heavily on the migrants, the absence of which will lead to collapse of their economy. This relationship between these economic centres and migrants is mutually beneficial as former need cheap labor while later require employment (due to lack of development and employment opportunities in their own state). However uncontrolled migration will invariably lead to crowding and social problems. The only way forward us to develop the magnet cities (like NCR) in between these places or in home town/states of migrants so as to avoid concentration of migrants in those destination states. No body wants to leave his/her home town/state but economic situations force people often to migrate.

I firmly condemn the incident of rape allegedly by a Bihari .
But how come crime by one can punish and molest a whole community.Do you think Biharis are pity to be fondle and thrashed at your own will. Sometimes its Jaimaratha the other time its some lg statement.How long will it go on.
Why everytime Biharis shall be pushed to migrate why they cant devlop on their own to migrate as per their own luxaries and based on offerings by the State or metros.
In Bihari caste and even sub caste continues to play major role in electoral mandate.
Population is high enough to ensure perpetuating poverty
Lack of minerals forest and concurrence of flood hampers economic scenario.
And most importantly the typical Bihari mentality a Yadav cant become sweeper in Bihar but will accept any menial job in ncr.
All this results in providing continous supply of chrap laboour to rest of India.They mock and exploit Biharis at their whims and fancies. No takers of this heinous exploitation of human rights while raise an issue of illegal bengladishies and then you see the posters and banners of humanist #vasudevkutumbakam huh

पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार के लोग भी आत्मसमान विहीन है . जहाँ देखो बस मुँह उठाये पहुँच जाते हैं . जब झारखण्ड था , तब भी यहाँ के भ्रष्ट राजनेता औद्योगिक विकास से मुह्ह मोड़ के बैठे थे। जनसँख्या पे नियंत्रण हेतु युद्ध स्तर पे जागरूकता पैदा करने की अपेक्षा स्वयं की जातीय संख्या में वृद्धि को देखकर अपनी नाकारा संतानों का भविष्य उज्जवल जान कर चैन की नींद सोते हैं।
गंगा के मैदान में आखिर कोई औद्योगिक विकास होगा भी कहाँ से ? जरूरत थी / है छोटा नागपुर.. .ओडिसा को पश्चिमी यूरोप बनाने की . पूर्वी तटरेखा को शंघाई , हांगकांग बनने की.. दक्षिण कोरिया की तरह मानव संसाधन के विकास की ... बस यही नहीं हुआ यहाँ .. चाण्यक्य , आर्यभट्ट की कर्मभूमि आज उपमहाद्वीप का सर्वाधिक अशिक्षित क्षेत्र है.. . मानसिकता आज भी वही सामंती प्रवित्ति वाली है.. . खिलाडियों की जगह नेता/अपराधी पैदा हो रहे हैं .. बलात्कार आदि पर तो मूक समझौता अब पूरे उपमहाद्वीप की विशेषता हो चुकी है।
और ऐसा होगा भी क्यों नहीं .. जब पुरषार्थ , आत्मबल , विश्वास का आश्रय छोड़कर .. जाति धर्म के बूते पर सब कुछ हासिल हो रहा है तो यही परिणाम मिलेगा ..
मगध की सेनाओं ने कभी भारतभूमि की सीमाओं का अतिक्रमण किया था .. उनकी संततियां आज भेड़ बकरियों की तरह हाँकी जा रही हैं तो कहीं न कहीं हमें भी अपनी गिरेबान में झांकना होगा ..

Disproportionate migration in any area will create problems. Solution is three fold.. 1. Creating employment and growth in native state. 2. Strict Law and order. Act as a deterrent for anti social elements. 3. Creating a cultural bridge between two communities, inculcate toleration.
Cultural clashes are inevitable... "Australia considers banning new immigrants from big cities for five years" Migrants also back bone of large cities in Australia, still resistance. Why बिहारी and up people are forced to do such low paying menial jobs, In rajinder Nagar they sleep on footpath, bath in open, drive cycles for whole day to earn some money. Because their native states have failed to provide even basic survivable jobs. They can't even ride rickshaw for a living because of low purchasing power.
