SFb is surely all. RTV is constitutional and IVC is 1 only. with this I am staying at 122
Cutoff 109
It means u r now at 114? To study karo yaha q time waste kar rahe ho bhai mtlb kuch bhi 114 minimum p bhi doubt hai kya And jb sabke 110+ hai minimum tab to cutoff bhi minimum 110 jayega..
Brother jb entire Q rs tripathi book ke paragraph s uthaya gya hai, whats the point of quoting basham or any other source. The examiner has prepared the Q from this passage itself. No evidence word is used in statement 1 of the IVC Q as well. Now there is a tweaking theory going on that examiner has tweaked the statement in IVC , In Cabinet "to the people" as well. General approach always prevails in such Qs.
For all those saying NCERT is final interpreter of Indian Constitution
Hello mr. Politburo.. Are u on some kind of mission to dismantle Ncert or wat... Why the obsessed man.. No body I knw of ever said is the final interpreter of constn.. Just saying its the primary basic book which upsc usually goes with... Regards to answr... Whatever would b the answer upsc is the final interpreter anyway so... Relax dude..
In subjects like history, geography you may be correct to some extent.
But not in polity.... Class 9th NCERT is no authority on SC... SC judgements even though incorrect it may seem is binding on everyone in the country.
And as I have pointed out NCERT makes many mistakes....
Okay.. SC never walked back on their judgment is wat u r saying? Anyway with regards to which qstn r u so vehemently kicking ncert's ass... Lol.. Tell me..
Whetever SC says becomes binding.... being court of record it can obiviously review its judgement.
I thought at this level you might be knowing all these things... but in any case I am telling you
comrade... whatever SC says is not binding...only its judgements are binding ...nor its passing comments in verdicts...nor its views.....nor its opinions...nor its guidelines.... its executive discretion ..unless its a verdict/judgement
Majority SC opinions are always judgements.... if you see structure of a 500 page judgement then most of thw pages around 490 contains various arguments given by different parties, details of case etc, and only last few pages contain SC opinion. And whatever said in those papges is binding at any cost
Hhhmm..u seems to mk an argument only to fit ur narrative... I don't want to be rude bt aren't u the guy that posted a screen shot of some sort of text with regards to IVC and saying charcolithic age is harrapan age in one of the thread.. Aftr seeing that its really hard to tk u seriously...man...
That was a mistake I accepted later... if you followed through.... I am not one who will justify ones statement with absurdity and ignorance as you are doing.
You dont seem to accept simple thing that SC judgements are binding on anyone... if you think otherwise you can say
When did i say that..i never said that... See u r assuming things again... I was just asking u why are u bashing ncert every where...... To those who said ncert is the final interpreter of constn was what u've posted which nobody does anyway.... .and i told u SC as well made a review some of their judgment... And i asked u with regard to which qstn u talking shit about ncert and u didn't tell me either...

Regarding IVC see for yoirself what AL Bhasam has to say.... you shud be well aware of views of makhan lal... And refer qn 256 and decide yourself

Seen this counter this.. long ago in the first post prelims chat itself u weren't there at the time.. The same thing again n again... So many counter arguments already discussed up m down... Why so insecure dude.. Answer could go either way.. I say 1&3 and u say 1... Lets agree to disagree okay... Now let upsc decide..
