In subjects like history, geography you may be correct to some extent.
But not in polity.... Class 9th NCERT is no authority on SC... SC judgements even though incorrect it may seem is binding on everyone in the country.

Majority SC opinions are always judgements.... if you see structure of a 500 page judgement then most of thw pages around 490 contains various arguments given by different parties, details of case etc, and only last few pages contain SC opinion. And whatever said in those papges is binding at any cost

Kulhad chai pasand nhi mujhe... subeh se lekar sham tak usi me bnate rehte hain and at the end of day it smells weird. I like tea made by myself - Fresh milk (bina ubla hua and bina water add kiya hua) usme waghbakri chai ki pattia and crushed fresh ginger and sugar... ahaha dimag ki bati jal jati hai.. Waghbakri chai is the only chai I drink wo nhi mile to I don't drink chai.... Bag tea and green tea are worst

Waghbakri chai is the only chai I drink wo nhi mile to I don't drink chai....
Bag tea and green tea are worst
