  • Any one experienced enough would know that there is zero chance of success of today's PIL . it happens every year . its just that a girl is doing it so guys are making a big deal out of it . although I appreciate the effort of the plaintiff.

    (b) a resident of the constituency from which the election is to be contented.( obama living in amethi cant contest)
    (c) any citizen of India whose name appears in the electoral roll of a constituency.(is that below 25 years can file the nomination for loksabha .if so we could have all become mps and mlas by contesting early not want to prepare civil service directly youth below 25 can change the system )

Why would I bother . many experienced guys know it and perhaps you would be experienced as well by the end of today when the PIL fails . I am not here to wage any war or to prove my point . if something good happens I'll be happy .

Bhai main baki question pe to nahi bolunga, but IVC definitely dicey hai .. Dono taraf strong arguments hain .. Learned judges might consider this one as ambiguous if the petitioner is allowed to present the proofs ..

What will wreck havoc is a stay on result, which some people are expecting as early as today ..

My point is not about a dicey question . it's just that I don't think that the PIL would change the status quo . high chances of the petition being quashed . just my opinion . I would be Happy to be wrong if it brings relief to many aspirants though .
  • @jhansistation dont worry some good will happen and will be share for all that one
