    No person can deny the ambiguity in IVC question. Let UPSC try to prove. :)
    They are ready with all their answers .. I mean if questions are prepared their answer would also be in place.. so no ambiguity as such it is just play of words and understanding

    IVC question is a reason enough for PIL.
    yes it is. This will be a future lesson for them. They may even balance the paper from next year

    Next year there will be a question on memang narang santra found only in north east to commemorate the efforts. :sweat_smile:

    (a) anyone residing in India. ( not Foreigners)
    (b) a resident of the constituency from which the election is to be contented.( obama living in amethi cant contest)
    (c) any citizen of India whose name appears in the electoral roll of a constituency.(is that below 25 years can file the nomination for loksabha .if so we could have all become mps and mlas by contesting early not want to prepare civil service directly youth below 25 can change the system )
    (d) any citizen of India.( no....... 3 year baby not)

    Haha. This is funny coz it actually makes sense.

    But i suppose it would mean that provided other qualifications/ disqualifications are met, then the most basic thing is ......

    I know what your reasoning to this is gonna be, and yes, you are correct in saying that all this other factors should have been mentioned.
