Haha. This is funny coz it actually makes sense.
But i suppose it would mean that provided other qualifications/ disqualifications are met, then the most basic thing is ......
I know what your reasoning to this is gonna be, and yes, you are correct in saying that all this other factors should have been mentioned.
Yes, the grammar and sentence formation is pathetic throughout the paper. No care has been taken to mention all the required content appropriately, which is why there is scope for subjective interpretation. Like the one above mentioned by veeru.
See how the tide turns in your favour with regards to public perception when you become famous. Till a few hours ago santra ka juice nikalega SC. Now Santra has guts. That is what we all are.

"This year was a new low, wherein all standards of lowliness were broken" santra has said 10-12 questions are open to subjective interpretation. If even 5 questions are dropped, the cutoff may drop to 100 and then the fuhrer's information will be bang on target
What if Upsc In reply gives answers to all the controversial questions.. I think no question would b dropped
do you think so? it is the most opaque system, it will never release answerkeys before the whole process. They had already given reasons for it
IVC question is a reason enough for PIL.
yes it is. This will be a future lesson for them. They may even balance the paper from next year
I am reading the news article again and again. Can't explain the soothing feeling in words. Dont know how to thank enough for santra.
ek juice unke naam santre ka
From this year leave Fuhrer and add Santra to you bhakti list. You sound so self degrading when you talk about Fuhrer. As if you would lick his @$$ to please him.
