two questions are definitely right whatever people debate here
1. IVC = 1&3 2. Right to Vote = constitutional
Sry but.. Ivc 1 only Rtv constitutional... ( already proved by quoting previous upsc papers )
Sorry but.. 1&3 has been already discussed thoroughly..... Horse...remains "inconclusive" n certainly they not aware..
Me too followed and participated... In previous yr Upsc has accepted horse remains in ivc.... So 1 only...

Lol. Bhai RTV ka tho bas UPSC jaane. I've taken it wrong in whatever case and then gone ahead. Although I'm sure upsc will go as per NCERT only. It's their favourite source.
