What's this home state declaration? I haven't seen that before in DAF. When I saw instructions they are asking to upload a scanned copy of the declaration. But no instructions on the particulars. Should I just copy and paste the text in a word file, print it, sign it, scan and upload? Or should I use any stamp papers?
I think we just need to simply copy, paste and sign it. But it is better to confirm from UPSC, if someone calls please let us know as well.
Someone pls clear following doubts- 1.dont we have to send the print out of finally submitted DAF this year ?.last year we had to send. 2.what documents a general category student has to upload on upload page .last time this page was not there.
