I am a NC-OBC Candidate . My father is a farmer. Never filed IT. What should be done in this case. And what is the question 15 in DAF regarding Wealth tax act. We own 12 acres un irrigated land and 2 acres irrigated land and one house in tamil nadu. Then what should be my answer for statuory ceiling limit.
What's this home state declaration? I haven't seen that before in DAF. When I saw instructions they are asking to upload a scanned copy of the declaration. But no instructions on the particulars. Should I just copy and paste the text in a word file, print it, sign it, scan and upload? Or should I use any stamp papers?

Get income certificate from your block office. That will suffice.
