What's the protocol? What happened during last year's floods in Srinagar or similar disasters earlier?
Shabbir sir told in class..... early 2001 or 02 cyclone hit bubaneshwar n same situation was there.... but upsc sent paper thru army n exam was held..... dont knw wats d protocol
it should be postponed. but for that one need to write to government and upsc. very responsive goverment is tgere. i understand that there is no power supply for chennai students to come even online. so students who have centre in chennai and are right now have acess to resources should write to upsc on their behalf for postponment.

Yeah, even I've never heard of paper postponement because of any factors - except 2-3 years back one day postponed due to Delhi LA election. Anyway it doesn't matter, as admit cards are released. Looks unlikely now.
You should write to kanimoji,,, she would be keen to take this chance to show that tamilians are discriminated by northindians and can rock the parliament. Thats the best way
I have seen my admit card just now, the college which is mentioned for me in chennai is completely drowned now. Normalcy will get back after one week that too after the rain finishes off its terror.. We ( Chennaites ) need more voice by writing to Secretary.
I hv my center at Quid-e-millet women's college Chennai. Though in Coimbatore now. confused over booking tickets and hotels. Atleast they can give an option of chosing alternate centre now
