friends i hope u must hv seen this.here minister has admitted that from last 3 Years there hv been Some problems with d question papers which needs to b considered.n he has personally seen them.so friends this is d most valid ground for gvn extra age n attempts.plz include this in d draft of 35 Years n also add about making attempts unlimited.its my opinion. @gks@srimanbanerjee@Rahul123
it is good that Jitu is not a rubber stamp like his predecessor Narayansamy who was even less than a rubber stampt. But it is bad that Jitu is not intelligent enough to understand the Dungong tamasha of UPSC.

A Few questions that we need to consider, especially before we go to meet Baswan and T Jacob. I am not saying that these are the objections that they will raise ,but in any case we should be prepared with answers.
1. if T Jacob says "this change was only in evaluation and marking and not in syllabus or exam pattern"?
2.if Baswan says "age has already been increased and is already quite high"?
please suggest what we should answer. only serious arguments plz.

@srimanbanerjee पहले का उत्तर बेहद स्पष्ट है। पेपर 2 को क़्वालीफायिंग करने पर प्रभावी रूप से पाठ्यक्रम आधा हो गया। अतः यह अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से पाठ्यक्रम में परिवर्तन है क्योंकि पेपर 2 के पाठ्यक्रम का महत्व शून्य हो गया। पेपर 2 को अचानक क़्वालीफायिंग कर देने से उन सभी विद्यार्थियों को हानि उठानी पडी जो पेपर 2 में अपेक्षाकृत बेहतर थे। अब उन्हें पेपर 1 की तयारी करनी थी जो पूरी तरह gs का पेपर है। gs के सहारे सिलेक्शन लायक तयारी के लिए 3 माह का समय अत्यंत कम है। दूसरे सवाल का कोई बहुत ठोस उत्तर मुझे तो नहीं सूझ रहा।
Dear Jacob sir, you asked to prepare ourselves for 400 meter race. We did.
Few days before the race, it was told bachho hum 100 meter race hi daurayenge. We did.
It was still a race afterall. But both races require different approach to running.
Usain Bolt bhai saab 100 m jit lete hain par 400 m ya 800 m nahi. Same game, different rules.
Srimanji people like Mr. Jacob would not ask such questions. They also realise that upsc exam ek majak ban gaya hai. People selected bhi agree karte hain, ye meri khud ki view nahi hai.
In any competition or competetive exam always there is strength weakness oppurtunites and threat.if u play to ur strength u win.but if ur strength is neutralised in some way u loose your edge. This is not a passing or failing exam.its about outperforming others ie competitive exam.our edge that is CSAT is neutralised. we have put more efforts in csat thinking that it fetches more mark.but we were not allowed to reap the benefits.basically it boil downs to not a level playing field.

1. 50 percent of syllabus was withdrawn from merit preparation.ppl were not given adequate time to prepare for changes.Each committee has recommended 'lead time' i.e. 1-2 years in advance ppl need to be told about such a topsy turvy change ,that too in screening stage.what about guys in their last attempt.They are left with no choice but to sit for the examination. 2.No argument for already increased..we are asking for an attempt,bcoz of sudden changes brought up without recommendation of any expert body.35 wont be accepted though.
