I am a Civil Services aspirant whose chances for success in 2015 exam had been very adversely affected due to last minute changes introduced by the Government and the Authority in the exam pattern. I am therefore sending this representation like other fellow aspirants to request for a redressal of our grievances.

Please find attached the document containing our Humble requests to the Government and Exam conducting Authority. This document also discusses the data and arguments behind our expectations from the Government and Authority for fair and just redressal of our grievances. Moreover, our cause won’t put any extra burden either on the state exchequer or in its
implementation.

Sir, I understand that you keep a very busy schedule. But i am confident enough that you would find a 20-minutes span of time to go through the attached document in full, which concerns the fate of a million youth of our country.

a) A Facebook Group was initiated last week to provide a platform for the movement. Presently, the group has more than 250 active members who are passionately discussing to chalk out further strategy. All important updates such as meetings or plan of action will be posted in the FB group.

There is a specific format for petitioning given at http://rajyasabha.nic.in/rsnew/petition/petition.asp

The Petition addressed to the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) may either be forwarded to the Secretary-General, Rajya Sabha, Parliament House, New Delhi.

b) There is a Whatapp group of core members, which is even more active. A lot has been going on here, daily! If you have any idea or suggestion this is the best place to be.

Different people have different strategy to crack the exam.Aspirants strategise according to their strength and weakness.One cant rule out that results would have been different if the marks of both papers would have been counted.

Sorry, I just wanted to make you realise the irrationality of your argument. Please put in something with a stronger base. What I said in my last comment is enough for UPSC or anyone to quash your request.
