@aqua_bleed give ur suggestion.lets see wats in ur head?
Why I felt the last minute changes were unreasonable: 1.Aptitute is indeed a internationally accepted benchmark for testing talent, so removing(or making qualifying) is equivalent to negative evolution. 2.With just 80 ques. and 33% qualification score, it was left toothless to really judge anything substantial, so its existence probably didn't serve any purpose. 3.Just 100 GS questions to judge anyone for the country's most reputed exam is not fair(given the diversity of the subject and lowered standard(typical SSC style) of the paper this year)
i agree with you gentleman! good line of thought.i agree with you and these arguments have been put forth and discussed.but govt organisations rely more on precedence and legal reasoning ,than rational arguments.
For those who argue that if changes were made at last moment , they were same for everyone and hence fair , I have some counterarguments for them :
1.Even CSAT was same for everyone , so people protested against it and y did govt first removed eng questions and then made csat qualifying ??
2. What if 3 months before , it is informed that this time exam would be taken in Mandarin language only. Again it would be same for everyone .
3. What if 3 months before , it is informed that this time selection would be based on rolling of dice ,and merit would be decided on the basis of score one gets .
A number of such idiotic counter arguments can be given to an equally idiotic argument that it was same for everyone .
The fact is that any examination scheme aims to select quality candidates best suited for the job and that's why a diverse syllabus is prepared which is notified much before the exam so that all candidates get enough time to prepare well before winner or loser is decided. Otherwise seats can be filled even by a lottery , which would be same for everyone , isn't it??

We just NEED TO BE INFORMED ABOUT THE CHANGES 6-8 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. WE ARE NOT AGAINST "ANY" CHANGE.
