I am a Civil Services aspirant whose chances for success in 2015 exam had been very adversely affected due to last minute changes introduced by the Government and the Authority in the exam pattern. I am therefore sending this representation like other fellow aspirants to request for a redressal of our grievances.
Please find attached the document containing our Humble requests to the Government and Exam conducting Authority. This document also discusses the data and arguments behind our expectations from the Government and Authority for fair and just redressal of our grievances.
Sir, I understand that you keep a very busy schedule. But i am confident enough that you would find a 20-minutes span of time to go through the attached document in full, which concerns the fate of a million youth of our country.

Different people have different strategy to crack the exam.Aspirants strategise according to their strength and weakness.One cant rule out that results would have been different if the marks of both papers would have been counted.
Sir, I completely agree with you, but isn't it a proof that those strategies which would not sustain last minute changes need to be eliminated.?

if you have cleared prelims,prepare for main.At next stage,you will not get the opportunity to find your roll no in shortlist by chance.Those who are seeking another chance have faced interview panel many a time.You will have to struggle for 7 lives to get that opportunity.

Sir, I'll fail, fine...I've cleared SSC-CGL, IBPS, AFCAT,CDS, CAPF, SSC-CPO simultaneously...i,.e. along with UPSC...by gods grace I may fail in all...but I'll still walk out smiling...even if I get a clerical level job. But rather than abusing me, please make a stronger argument so that your voice is worth to be heard.

our demands are founded on the precedent set by UPSC of compensating for changes by giving extra attempts. this is a tradition that UPSC has followed ever since prilims was introduced in 1979 i think. that is why we are demanding this. have i been able to make u understand?

are bonerji babu..leave it..he wont get it...changes are not being questioned mere lal..the timing is being asked...secondly there has to be a decent number of questions i.e. 150-200 or 2 papers ,watsoever it might be. it brings validity to the test ( exam).ab ye sab tere sar ke upar jayega @aqua_bleed kyunki u do only rattofication and you were lucky on that particular day..nobody is afraid of change ,but should be notified in advance.rational changes were not thought over.u tell me by which argument aptitude was dropped altogether from preparing merit

Dont waste time boss,concentrate on mains.Its the toughest stage of the exam.This was my fifth attempt.For the first time I could not qualify in prelims and I have never reached interview stage.So better prepare for mains rather then commenting here..Its very easy to fail in mains.
The other exams you have mentioned above have no parallels with UPSC.Dont fall in this trap that since you have cleared these exams it means you have done something extraordinary..
