For the point where you have said about APMC acts and then LPG reforms:
" On the one hand we have introduced the Essential Commodities Act, APMC act which act as saviors for the farmers and general public. On the other hand, we have also introduced the LPG reforms of 1991 which has ushered in the market forces into the economy. The recent FDI,FII relaxations were also part of these reforms. Thus we cannot purely say that market has failed.
Moreover the govt has to........ "
This is because you have given both the points in the same tone though they are opposites.
" Executive's tool for governing should not only be efficient and effective but should also be good ". Comment on this statement. Also highlight the efforts of government to make it good.
As I already told, this is my second mains which I wrote. So for now work and interview preparation is priority than mains answer writing practise. :-)
