For rahul gandhi thing, the below lines are put in the draft -
Also, out of the two extra attempts provided by the government after 2013 changes, one attempt has been nullified by introducing the changes again in 2015 thus leaving the effective extra attempt to one only. We request the authority and government to restore this wasted 2015 attempt by providing an extra attempt and one year age relaxation.
One suggestion - "Consequent" Age relaxation could be a more inclusive term to factor in all kinds of people

i think...consequent age relaxation may mean....32 + 1 i.e 33 years which still is not inclusive....its better if we say provide an extra attempt to all candidates who appeared in 2015 irrespective of age or no of attempts..
an extra attempt to all candidates who appeared in 2015"Filled the form in 2015'irrespective of age or no of attempts.. (This part not included) - Because it sends the messages of 7-8 attempts which FEELS TOO MUCH.
After discussions it is felt that we HAVE TO AVOID ANYTHING WHICH Directly delivers the idea of 7-8 attempts.

The best way in my understanding was - 2016 open year but after receiving so many negative reviews about it and strong arguments too by which we were also agreed - we removed 2016 open year paragraph.
