Try Ashwagandha (powder) one spoonful with milk or lukewarm water 1 or 2 hour before you plan to sleep. Apart from sleep inducement it helps overall good health and efficiency.
Also while you are trying to sleep, run RSTV or AIR news analysis and try to fully concentrate in debate. You will probably yawn soon if you do not do multitasking while watching it.

wasted 2 years not doing these things and instead spent all time in PYAR mohabbat. Ab kar leta hoon.
Subah ke 30 mins will keep you energized for whole day. Baki thele pe 4 baar chai pine aur time waste karne se achcha hai green tea ke liye ek pani boil kar lo. Baki Suraj asked so I replied but I do not support sleeping less than 7-8 hours.
Subah 5 baje uthna mushkil nahi hai. A few days in beginning you will find it difficult to sleep by 10-11 pm and waking up without alarm but soon you will be on track. Raat me jaldi so jao.
