sir is this for general category? is this your hunch or based on some data of your peer group?
Just a hunch bro...nothing scientific about it...but i firmly believe that cutoff will be less than 90...how much less...not sure...people scoring more than 90 as per upsc keys are safe

I have seen on this Forum that experienced candidates who are scoring very good marks (110-115+) are predicting low cutoffs. With due respect, yours is the 4th such case that I've seen. And I'm beginning to feel that it is a sort of benevolent gesture on their part to make people feel good. Nothing wrong in that, btw. I'm not at all saying that you are being condescending. You might just be telling your honest opinion. But this is a trend which I observed. I may be wrong here but this happens in real everyday life too.
Cutoff 92- 96,97 hi rahega.. for general 89-92 for obc..

Can you share the approximate marks you and your friends are getting in comparison to last year? I know anything can happen in this business but still to have some idea bro...
my 125 wala friend is getting 106. 118 wala is at 108. two champions at PT friends who have always scored in 125s or 130s are at 97-98 and 100-101.
Itself is a proof ke kitna gira hai scores...but I have one serious doubt...aisa lgrha hai master ho ya novice sab 85 to 105 or range main hai...master log ka bhut girawat hai but jo average perform krte hai kya woh bhi itna gire hai...aisa nhi lgrha...sab ek hi range main lgte...ya aisa ho sakta hai ke jhooth bolre log...kyunki 80s 85d main koi score bol hi nhi rha

my 125 wala friend is getting 106. 118 wala is at 108. two champions at PT friends who have always scored in 125s or 130s are at 97-98 and 100-101.
my two seniors who have appeared at the interview before are getting 90 and 95. 90 is OBC. One friend wrote mains last year is getting in 70s but she is from some category.

Most of my friends are below 100 105 (couldn't clear pre last time) One person who has been to interview last time is around 88-90 One pre master is 92-94 One IITian friend. is also below 90 Another one who is quite good in GS 90-95
NOTHING FIRM CAN'T BE SAID ABOUT CUTOFF BUT IT WOULD BE AROUND 90 HOPEFULLY..rest only God Knows...hope truthteller is right
