CSAT Qualifier and Not Scorer

The Government must look at first, whether candidates must be eliminated based on CSAT or Selected based on CSAT. As the English language and Numerical ability skills are only eligible skills and not competitive skills, U.P.S.C should specify what is the level of this skills required and set a benchmark ( i,e ) an qualifying mark in English Language, Logical Reasoning and Numerical ability. The students who score minimum percentage of mark in CSAT should be finally selected only on the basis of cutoff marks obtained in General Studies Exam.

If you cannot agree with this principle of equity and rationality , then please introspect on your ambitions. We are future IAS officers, we need to be inclusive first.

In a diverse country like India , the civil service aspirants must have finer understanding of Polity, Economy, History, Culture, Geography and Environment . This knowledge only makes him an inclusive person ( atleast thats what we believe in Education, that it shall change a persons Attitude) . Hence the students who score minimum percentage of mark in CSAT should be finally selected only on the basis of cutoff marks obtained in General Studies Exam.

My agreeing or disagreeing doesn't matter at all. Isn't it? UPSC is just a small incidence in our lives. I believe in the intelligence of life rather than intelligence of human specie. Hope as an IAS you get a fulfilled life.

वाह!! जब खुद का मरा तोह चिल्लाने लगे मौत- मौत , और जब हम यही बोल रहे थे तोह हम अक्षम ,अयोग्य , और बेकार हो गए | वाह रे समय का चक्र और उसकी माया , कल तक जो अपनी क्षमता पर गुरूर कर आसमान को छूने की बाते करते थे आज आंदोलन की बात कर रहे है , अरे भाई ये अगर दोहरा चरित्र नहीं है तोह और क्या है , अब कहा है आप सभी योग्य और बुद्धि- कौशल से युक्त महानुभावो का गुमान और हाँ हम ही है जो लोक सेवा का अधिकार रखते है वाला रवैया |

जो भी है अब सबके सामने है , और हक़ के लिए लड़ना पड़ता है जो हम कर चुके अब तुम्हारी बारी , लगा लो धरती से आसमान तक का जोर हम भी देखते है क्या होता है | घर पर कंप्यूटर के पीछे बैठ कर आंदोलन नहीं होता और न ही गलत सही हो जाता है | तुम्हारा ये CSAT वापस लाओ और हमे बचाओ का नारा ही ये बताने के लिए काफी है की पिछले 4 सालो से हमारे साथ नाइंसाफी हुई है , और अब तोह तुम सब का हितेषी डी. पी.अग्रवाल भी नहीं रहा जिसने इस सबकी शुरुआत की |

बदलाव पिछले साल ही आ जाता मगर अग्रवाल साहब का अहंकार बीच मे आ गया | अब तोह ऐसा भी कुछ नहीं हो सकता लोक सेवा आयोग और सरकार समन्वय के साथ काम कर रहे है तोह लड़ो हमे भी देखना है की इस लड़ाई को हम बेहतर लड़ सकते है या दोहरे चरित्र और मापदंड़ रखने वाले आप so called "DESERVING CANDIDATES"..........

In pre-csat era, optional Marks were 300/450 in pre.Many used to clear pre based on their high optional score and poor GS score, Nobody protested then?

When the same thing started to happen with csat, it was claimed that the quality of those clearing pre has come down.

That never happened in pre CSAT era because you could choose with which optional you want to appear in Prelims, be it maths ,Civil Engineering ,history ,sociology or economics it was up to your liking and interest. Where as in the name of bringing level playing field CSAT was forced on to aspirants in 2011 . I ask where was parity in this.Now you would say "इतना भी नहीं होता इनसे " , हां भाई नहीं होता क्योकि हर कोई गणित का घंटा बजाने के लिए पैदा नहीं हुआ है |

D. P AGARWAL ने तोह बस अपनी भड़ास और खुनस निकलने का जरिया बना दिया था PRE...अरे भाई इतनी ही प्रॉब्लम थी से तोह 2011 के बाद हर नोटिफिकेशन मै ही निकलवा देता न की जिनका साइंस और इंजीनियरिंग बैकग्राउंड नहीं है वो ना भरे फॉर्म|

CSAT leke aa rahe hain ke nahin andolankarta?

bhai tum lead karo andolan...csat hatane ka andolan kuch coaching walo ne lead kiya tha...usi tarah wapas lane ka bhi koi coaching wala kare.sab support karenge.
