If only people put in a few hours towards GS instead of wasting time collating list of engineers and doctors who have topped the exam in the past, they might make it past Prelims. Varna apne @DainikBhaskar jaisa haal ho jaayega.

@ DainikBhaskar Winchesters was earlier @shrey_k banned last year for Gaali galauch, ask @Masakali_Reddy or @Phoenix_Saga aur @Mandark ke bachhe tu to woh judiciary waale thread pe tha na, kitni lambi debate hui thi mere aur sniper ke beech (links below) aur tu taaliyaan baja raha tha, itni choti yaadasht hai 8-X
The MEDICINE they are prescribing is even worse than the disease itself CSAT qualifying - ok But min qualifying marks for paper II should be atleast 50-55% (atleast score 100-110) 33% - not a UPSC standard,I believe. You should ensure quality on both fronts (no bias)!!!

True that. I believe, the qualifying marks should be dangling and should be fixed by seeing the average score that year.
how can merit of exam like upsc be decided by just a 2 hr paper it will be very unscientific and much will depend on luck 2 papers made sure that no one qualified through sheer luck it was a balancing act every year there r at atleast 5-10 ques which are controversial whose answers even vajiram or shankar can,t give with surety which will decide success and failures there should be 2 papers for determining merit no matter what the content is otherwise despite negative marking many candidates will write mains by sheer luck hope somebody raise voice against this may be court case
