Bihar model of development hai ye. They are shaming the whole country.
Ghazini kyun ban rahe ho moderator andy133 bhai... kya sirf Bihar me hi hai yeh sab? Is it only because of Bihar that India has miserable performance in almost all economic, social and development indices ? I have watched your posts on engineers vs non-engineers debates and at that time I thought that either you are doing just bakar or you are a very enthusiastic person. But now you are proving yourself immature also.

Control ur emotions bhai Fact is fact Truth ko accept karna sikho
^:)^ ^:)^ for your inference from my comment... Where have I said that these things are not in Bihar?
Fact is fact and the fact is that Bihar is not the only bad man out there.
And @Dolphin if you really want to put the facts out there then try to answer my question whether Bihar is the only state in India with such things.
Do you think that being a civil servant aspirant is it proper for someone to make such statements targeting an entire state? I accept that Bihar is backward but statements like-"Bihar model of development hai ye"- are plain nonsense. Read about Bihar then comment. There are black sheep in every society.
P.S.- I am not defending corrupt practices. Nothing can be more frustrating than these practices for an honest man. But ridiculing a state (a parochial regional politician also does the same) will not help end this situation.
I am not from Bihar but I can understand the way Biharis would feel at the constant jibes. We have become a nation of bashers, self-proclaimed critiques. Hence few care to talk of solutions. That is also why communism on the wane now has been so popular academically but politically even these people would want someone else to come and bring change. If one goes behind and understands this infrastructure that produces bashers, one would understand that Indians are lazy, good only to abuse and endlessly debate. This is Bihar, this is India, nothing positive here- attitude kills the initiative and makes us carry a guilt-laden soul post academics. Go out of any metro in Delhi, take a ricksaw, ask where the puller is from- 7 out of 10 times it will be a Bihari, most probablt a SC, even the ansaris among muslims and some from OBCs. This is the social justice of the so called followers of Sir Lohiya. This pervert social justice that neglects economic growth has only helped political parties sustain their votebanks, academics and so called revolutionaries fetch themselves academic, journo high salary jobs. It is a grand show of empathy and sympatht- producing more of ricksaw pullers, slums dwellers and women headed poor households in rural Bihar. Simple things- establish industry, reopen sugar factories, encourage tourism, improve administration- & u will see either people will give up these exam antics or economic prosperity wd reduce the benefits of cheating. But first take away the financial returns of calling names.

Bhai, for ur kind info, I too was born and brought up in bihar.
Again I will say Cheating in the exam brought shame to us. That too people in their 10 th class exam are busy in cheating
@DOLPHIN lolwa... mera comment padho, phir se padho, agar samajh mein aa jaye to comment karo.. baar baar ek hi chij nhi kahunga.. yeh mera last reply hai... ek baar fir se repeat kar deta hu, shayad tumhare samjah mein aa jaye...
main kisi bhi tarah ki cheating and corruption ke khilaf hu... isse deserving students ko loss hota hai.. main bhi victim raha hu iss system ka.... maine bhi BPC cheating wali pics dekhne ke baad socha tha ki kyun main Bihar ka exam dene gaya... meri problem saare Bihar ko galiyane se hai..
iss tarah ki stereotyping kya sahi hai... agar tumhe lagta hai ki sahi hai to tum apne borrowed mentality ke saath khush raho...
aur upar dekhne ke baad hi wapas aaya hu iss UPSC ke dangal mein... anyways thanks for your enlightened comments.. once again ^:)^ ^:)^ for your inferences ...

To ALL morons who are ridiculing "Bihari" and stereotyping it - Please Google and check IIT, AIEEE, AIPMT, AFMC, NET & UPSC results and their rank lists.
Now i know why they didn't ask any questions related to polity, law or culture! Why ask for useless things like constitution and law in bihar, when you are not going to use it ever. Better ask the date on which a bill was passed or ask the per person forest cover in hectare.
Felt like a total waste of my day there. A Friend warned me NOT to go, but Naive me!
Anyhow, this is the first time i am writing any comment without fearing that someone might find it "grossly offensive" and i might be put behind bars. Judiciary, even though not representatives of people, seem like the only good thing left in govt of india today.
