In most likelihood, there would be lack of seating space in the institution arranged as the exam center. So they would be asked to just anywhere.
P.S. the number of candidates who appear for bpsc is at least five times that of UPSC. On that day in entire Bihar, no ticket checking takes place in trains and you are free to go anywhere WT. :P

Some centre conducted exam from 2 to 4 in chhapra....what the fffff....
cut off to go 140....
We should inform the authorities and demand cancellation of exam.
