@Sanjeev0120 , @thesheowl , @avatar , @all Guys, what happens if I submit my assignment late? Will they accept it the next day? Today is the last day for assignment submission, and I will be able to complete only four out of six. Are they strict about the submission date?
u can submit any no of assignments but u will be allowed to appear in tee of only those ppr whose assignments u have submitted
But my real problem is last date and its not weekend. Solution plz?

there is no solution if you want you should visit regional centre in order to consult with them or else wait till the next exam cycle in which your assignments would go waste

Those who has not submitted assignment yet....they can submit assignment in april on fixed dates (call study center coordinator for dates- it may be 5,12 etc april from 10 am to 2:00 pm) and submit assignmet with duly filled exam form but you have to add late fees of Rs 300/- till 12 April. @blackbox hahaha. I can see the sarcasm in the thank you at the end. Me too was surprised when I reached to find long queues for submission of assignments. Came to know it was supposedly the last day of submission I.e 29 March when clearly the website mentions 31st March. A good Samaritan here told me that on Monday the centers are closed. I knew keeping it for Tuesday I.e the 31st the last day acc to website will invite lot of rush. So went on Sunday to realize it is the last day. I met a few hilarious people in the queue. Right from people working in call centers appearing for exam 3 yrs after registration of course to a 60 yr old man patiently standing with his assignments listening to the banters made on him by the people around; finally mustering courage to say, he was doing it for hobby. Saw husbands fighting for their wives to get them ahead in the long queue and i listened stories that pregnant women too are a common site for submissions. Yes I did get a few existentialist dilemmas.
Oh, Sunday was the last date in some places? Here the last date is today and I submitted happily and got my exam form stamped too, all within half an hour. It was great fun interacting with you all in the process of writing assignments. Guess everybody is back in UPSC mode.
I called my study centre today. They are still taking assignments. I am going to submit it tomorrow by completing my last two asignments. Those who have not completed may talk to their respective study centres and may request them to accept assignments even after last date.
