Ee hum ka dekh rahe hay! Is forum me bahut se ladke aur ladkiya angrezi ke bade bade shabdo ka prayog karke khud ko "modern" or "stylish" samajhte hai. Aise log ORN me bahut dekhne ko milte hay. ORN me toh ladke aur ladkiya "english" me bath karke style marte ghumte hay!! 65 saal ke badh bhi aaj ham sarkari daftaron se english ko jad se kyo nahi ukhad ke fek pare? Uski wajah yahi McAulay ki aulad hay jinhe hindi ya anya bharatiya bhasha bolne me sharam aati hai (khud ko hai fai samajthe hay). Ham khushnaseeb hai ki bhajpa ki sarkar hay. Agle saal se hame is aandolan ko aur bada karna hai. English ko puri tarah se hata de. Sirf hindi + regional language ke studints ko govt jobs me preference dena chahiye. Is tarah 5 saalo me ham hindi/punjabi/telugu etc etc.. ka gaurav bada sakte hai. Sirf hindi diwas manane se kuch nahi hoga...aese thoss kadam uthane padegenge.. samay aa gaya hai..ab desh ko desi log chalaenge ..hahaha Mukherjee nagar me toh aaj party hay re!! \m/
If this goes through, then seriously it will be a huge blot on UPSC for falling prey to chauvinistic forces who have recently hijacked the entire examination discourse according to their convenience!
Each and every aspirant is in someway operating out of his comfort zone. An engineer/doctor studying Constitution of India, a Commerce graduate investing in Modern History and so on and so forth.
Why should there be special treatment for these protesters and that too in a paper which only asks elementary aptitude and English?
Can these people be entrusted with responsibilities of running a nation which has opened up to world in more ways than one if the sight of English or a quantitative aptitude scares the living bejesus out of them?
This senseless change will only be deathblow to genuine merit and hardwork! I hope I am proved otherwise.

china angrezi ko bhav nahi deta! korea, japan angrezi ko bhav nahi deta..waha toh higher edu bi chinese/korean me hay! angrez log chinese seekh rahe hai..american schoolo me chinese seekhaya jaa raha hay! lekin hindi koi nahi seekhta waha! kyo? jab khud apne bhasha ki izzath nahi karoge toh duniya khak karegi!
