It's 8th standard Mathematics and Enlgish. If one ca not even solve that, then he is doing nothing but vindicating the ASER report.

upsc gives u discreation to choose watever opt u want to take...no discrimination
and abt scoring subject....there is a process named scaling if u know....
fact2: 30% of engg who cleared pt thru csat(that clerical syllbus u know)
