yes buyt what about student who prepared optionals? if any state pcs/ upsc wanted to change in syllbus then they must notified at least 4 year before.....so that an aspirant can hv his/her all attempt wd same format...

in d end local language test shud ve introduced
just because it is bureaucratic vacancy, it is impossible otherwise y nt federalism is problem in iit-jee selection
