Hi all I'm logging in after a long time...Felt this need to log in after I read these last few comments...about the "disinterested nature of panel members"....Even my interview went like it..Mr. D.K. Dewan's board asked me very simple and somewhat mundane questions like what is greenhouse effect etc. My interview was on 9th April itself so I thought that the board was taking the 1st day lightly. Now it seems that many others have gone through the same experience!
@rookie my intvw lasted 30-40 min (vinay mittal board) when the intvw was coming to close (M4 had asked me rule of law and i defined it, then a v dicey's 3 aspects then article 14) M4 said "ok thank you" at this point vinay mittal intervened & said "no no let him complete" after this i delivered my killer punch rex lex to lex rex...that intervention would earn me an extra 5 marks btw the duration of intvw has no bearing on marks...if orkut sources r to be believed divyadarshini's intvw lasted 7.5 minutes...she got 225/300 and a modest AIR 1 ) also, i learnt from ifos guys during medical that relatively, vinay mittal board gave v. good marks in the ifos intvws so relax
what is the deadline to submit the attestation form to DoPT? do we need to submit it before interview or it can be done after interview also? plz enlighten

Bhai before this comment I was estimating a 65% possibility of me getting a sub 50 rank, but after your above comment the possibility just got increased to 80% !!
I'll surely post Bro.. Right now I'm on cell phone and can't type lengthy transcripts. But in a few days will surely post here.. But the interview was nothing great as per my standard.. This guy Vinay Mittal was not at all interested in conducting interview.. He appeared lost, in the sense he seemed as if to tell me "With 40 years of experience in the civil service and serving as the rail board chairman why should I sit through this silly interview?!?! " He was frequently interrupting me and as soon as the 1st 10 mins of interview was over he wanted to wrap it up asap and wanted to send me out. Apart from him all other members were fully cordial and friendly..
Looks like he judged your personality very soon and knew you're in. So he must have been in a hurry to wrap it up
can anyone upload a scan of the form to be sent to DoPT? Not the pdf (which is useless) but a scan of the copy received by mail.
But I didn't receive any document through mail. The mail mentioned that the documents can be downloaded from the commission's website. Is there any difference between two (apart from the quality that is)? Because I've already mailed the forms to DoPT.
