What exactly is difference between ethics and morality?
Ethics may be defined as the systematic study of human actions from the point of view of their rightfullness or wrongfullness, as means for the I attainment of the ultimate happiness.
Morality can be an individual set of commitments for goodness even when they are rejected by others. But one can not be ethical alone. Ethics brings other people for the realization of the self. Morality doesn't demand acuiescence from others the way ethics does. It is possible to be moral alone. For eg. A moralist can say I do not believe in war, so what if everyone else does.
Ethics brings other people for realisation of self .... This implies? I mean why can't someone be ethical alone? Morality can be societal norms and these Norms change with time ... So what might be considered moral earlier might not be moral in changed times

I suggest not to create such false dichotomies like Read less vs think more / write more examples vs write more theory etc.. you have to read more as well as think more.. as u hv covered good enough stuff so now ur focus should be consolidation and enrichment.. idher udher se jo mile keep adding in your smallest possible memory book made separately by compiling it from all the sources u hv referred to.. keep adding concrete points .. keep studying more and keep thinking more and keep writing more.. that's the only way u can keep growing better.. but u do improve.. just keep going
The only extra things which i can suggest is last 3 yrs insights secure gs4 compilations (to enrich ur hetherto done stuff) and few topic specific , time bound Google reading of few things for better clarity (but not for phd in ethics !) ..then keep revising keep writing and u will score good.. nothing else to tell

I want to add some points ...
Ethics are code of conduct set by any organisation or group of people for achieving some objectives and ethics can vary culture to ultuŕe. Morality is set of ideals, principle and values set for ourself .
Sometimes there is conflict between both .ex. lawyer .. he knows that saving a murderer or rapist is not a good (morality)but still he defend his client why ?(ethics) because its his duty
