Constitutional again into fundamental and other constitutional rights. Extra constitutional are statuary rights.
my predictions: gen : 105-107. Should rest at 106 obc: 100-102 sc: 92-93 st: 89-91
Bases for above prediction: 1) Taking 2015 as reference. It provides a good all India picture. gen cut off was 107.34 2) Argument of increased competition this year so increased cut off, may not be true. had this been the case, upsc cutoffs would never have fallen dramatically 3) people started attempting more questions from 2015 itself when csat changes were introduced. probably thats why 107 cutoff for that year while in earlier years most candidates were content with anything above 100 as they used to max in csat 4) If seats now were to be = seats in 2015 cut off wouldnt breach 100-101 taking most conservative estimates. Add 4 marks since much lesser seats now. It come at around 105. 5) Since marks concntration around cut off can be greater this year than in 2015, add another mark
