Most probably iska 1 only hi hoga bcoz earlier UPSC has asked about horse bones in surkotada.
Main bhi 1 only ke liye hin lobbying ker raha hun.... aur mujhe pata hai uska 1 only hin hai.. phir bhi galat man ke chalna hin sahi hai
Shi keh raho ho..jaise RTV mein log kitna bhi constitutional bole lekin sab usse wrong lekar hi chal rhe hai...kyoki jo most keys mein answer hota hai vhi mostly upsc ki keys mein bhi answer hota hai...

Yaar Shankar k almost saare answers sahi lg rhe h.. at max change hoga to IVC and RTV.. RTV bhi sirf isliye kyuki NCERT ne chhap rkha h otherwise RP Act explicitly mentions right to vote.. another point is RP Act has been enacted to give effect to Article 327. If you go by its text it mentions 'subject to the provisions of the Constitution' which may tilt the answer towards constitutional right. Although I am not vouching for any. Whatever it be should left to UPSC. And it's true that in legal circles some say it's statuary while some say it's Constitutional. And it's a repeat question from prelims 2001.

Bhai aap gen ki to ghata rehe ho 6 no aur catagory ki bada rehe ho thoda previous year ki cut off dekh kar bat kiya karo
Don't worry about the past my friend... this year will be the trendsetter for next few years...as 2012 was for 2013 n 2014 and 2015 was for 2016. 2017 will become the new base year over which cut offs can be predicted for nxt few years by adding inflation.
