Uss din main raat ko post prelims bakar thread ki safai kar ke usse close hi karne waala tha ki result aa gaya...i was the first one to break the news...
cut off UR- 103 OBC- 100 result on or after 5th. if you are scoring higher thn this(excluding irresolute questions). you are 100% in.
Irresolute ques kitne hai bhai. Some r saying 2 and i heard one person saying 33 questions r doubtful. Going by that i will never cross 60 mrks. Though currently i m crossing 120.

But us nite me result aane ke bahut info do, 2 baje bad hope chhodne ke bad upsc ne result nikala tha, To isbar bhi info ki first breaking news de do.....
I had earlier given info that cutoff would settle at 103/104. Its 103.xx and its confirmed. Result date has not been finalized yet but chances for this week are good.
