    Bahat kaam....
  • @all tell where is written rtv is not contitutional right in six bench judgement 1952??........If it not ...anser would be constitutional...
Dhyan se padho... likha hai creature of statue. Matlab RTV has been created by a statue to ofcourse constitutional nahi hai
No....a canstitutional right may also legal......where it is say it is not constitution right?
Creature of statue ka matlab hai ki RTV has its origin in statue... no no question of it being constitutional.

Waise aapka GS paper 2 (CSAT) kaisa raha???
Raad wiki..what the statue law?....know a statutory right may also constitional law...if u can't argue on facts, dont reoly....don't think about me , think ur self , gud luck.....peace

han iske chance hain....poore paper mai ek yhi question hai jiske 3rd option galat hone ka koi proof nhi hai :D ....shi ho sakta hai agar purpose jo ki question mai poocha hai usko broad view se dekhen to...nd somebdy shared a snapshot also SFB financing loans of 50k to small entreprenuers
  • In DD Basu its written...based on the principle given in A 326 ....parliament has been given power to form law to regulate elections .......which is RPA ....so RTV is legal.... :|
edit : as voting and voting rights are regulated by RPA
A constitutional right may also regulate by parliament, even fundamental right right to education also regulated by parliament, ...ur arguement was also said in rajbala case that rtv and right to contest is constitional right but legislature can regulate it by reasonable restrictions.....thats I think only saying that it would be regulated by parliament , that why it is not constitutional right. ?

yeah actually...thr are some right which are considered fundamental and regulated by parliament...like untouchability...rte......some constitutional..regulated by parliament...like right to property... and for some constitution have said parliament make law for it......like citizenship act....rpa.........so i guess...RTV will fall in 3rd category.......but i dnt deny what u said...and somwhr i believe it too.....but right to vote is explicitly mentioned in RPA so inclined toward 3rd category

Ok ...but in my view art 326 contain adult franchise., sc interpret adult franchise as right to vote in many cases, ......debat can't rest, ..upsc wil decide :)
