just a qus how do people ensure collective responsibility of cabinet ?? Can they bring adjurnment motion etc ??? Its d COM which is responsible to loksabha nd there by indirectly responsible to people... dats wht written in constitution..
I feel answer for horse is 1,Dpsp were limitations,cabinet,quick decision making,scnt D
Did you count all these correct in your score of 108?
Oh No.I never mentioned 108 anywhere.I mentioned 104 to 107(obc)and I already accepted many times i could fail.on reading ur comments it looks u r trying to driving away ur frustration by typing silly things in the name of joke.Enjoy lol
@arunnt i remember you were on boundary line last year.Dont worry, this time you are sailing through
Thanks, lets see,I do have a slight hope but I decided not to meddle with upsc anymore If i failed this time and consider this attempt as my last as it looks I am not talented enough for this exam when people r easily getting beyond 140 in any kind of paper.Ha ha, if not for my obc reservation i could never pass prelims.
bro.. dont think like that.. UPSC needs no special talent.. some luck + good amount of hardwork
I still could not believe about this luck bro as its an objective type paper and some people r getting 130 continually ,passing prelims 4 to 5 times, luck does not favour one person consistently.Yes hard work is needed for sure and i know i am lacking in this part.
improve on it.. read 1 year so much that u loose ur soul.. if u still fail move.. i had thought i would quit upsc had i failed pre.. my mom was very sad on listening this.. but i was convinced luck is too dominant here..
hard work can take u into top 3000 or so.. but seats are only 500 .. for genral (no disregard to any category, though i want roster system applied)
Bhai apke hisaab se cutoff kitna jayega. Also neostencil ke alawa kisika aya hai kya cutoff?
not more than 106.. 2015 m mera first attempt tha yet could manage 106 and missed just by 1 mark.. but agar yeh mera 1st attempt hota toh mere 80s m hote.,.. this is not at all easy paper... shayd last 7 saal m sabse difficult.. this year freshers gonna have bad time
level of options, lenghth of paper and Qs from some unconventional sources have made it hell
+1 But no one has the courage to accept lower cutoff. It is called Base Effect or something. Psychologists must have some term for this
simple hai...coaching wale kam hi cutoff bolenge...nahi to extra student kahan se aaynega...so whatever they are claiming its definitely going to be more by 5-10 marks
In last couple of days i have come across both set of arguments
Coaching walas give a lower cutoff so that people join their mains program asap Coaching walas give high cutoff so as to frighten students so that they join their foundation/pre course asap Pendulum swings both ways
PS: UPSC gives a random cutoff with a big babaji ka thullu

isliye hi bol rha tha min. gino and 105 se zyada h toh padhna shuru kar do 1-2 din m.. log naraz ho gye.. hero ban rha hu m laga ek bhai ko.. i had no bad intentions at all
2013 to 2014 transition is best example.. no one accepted 215 cutoff for 2014.. jabki aur niche gya

Just to add : Cabinet is a subset of CoM Council of minister. Isme mat confuse ho jaana. and more thing, Collective responsibility means, ki even if one minister loses his confidence in HoP then the CoM has to go.

Bhaii log qstn hi nahi samjhe. Ki usme likha tha "Cabinet form of govt" , jiska matlab "parliamentary form" and "COM" bhi hai. Wo abhi bhi Cabinet and COM k difference ki peepdi baja rahe hai. This stupidity is a serious turn off.
