i am not able to find forumias ki keys for set c can anyone please help?
forumias ke 2 answers different hai Shankar se-- 1) vote-constitutional 2) small finance- all
mujhe b forum we check karke mains ki prep start kr deni chahiye fir to
small finance ka all kaun bol rha h.. its for financial inclusion of marginalized ... sirf 1 and 2 h uska.. just look at the PSL limits 75%
that guy said, ki forum pe all hai.. Waise mai to Bhai bas Vaji/Shankar se he count kr kr chal rha Hun... their keys have at max +-2 marks difference with final keys. So usi pe bharosa hai..
Baki lag to raha hai ki voting right wala b shayad Sahi Ho jaaye mera ab!
arey log zyada baal ki khaal nikalte h. 2-3 Qs ka diff h bas... rest all fine.. somatic cell mene galat kiya h.. i marked D.. i confused it with mt DNA thing 3 parent baby wala... C hi hoga uska.. but sab C and D m lad rhe h
Actually , Iog farziapa kar rahe h claiming anything and everything disputable ..maximum 2 se 3 question like indus ghoda , motupalli ( even that i think is right although i have marked Masulipattnam ) aur may be Right to vote . .Baki sab bakaiti h ...
motupalli.. no clue watsover.. i have not attempted it and many other controversial Qs this year..
i knw.. cabinet, limitations, ports , horse , number of states.. etc bahot debate paida karenge.. so i tried as many objective Qs as possible
Lat year bhi baajar garam tha Cabinet Secretary aur Masala bond jaise kuch questions pe ..i was getting 117 .63 and ended with that only ....but second paper marks came as a surprise to me ..i was getting 96 in keys and what i got was 115 ...lolzz..My trust in these keys have been eroded..
Tax revenue..only1 butterfly ...all 3 sfb ..all 3 right to vote..constitutional dpsp limit..both 1 and 2 sea wave Bhavnagar cabinet form speeding up things.. kitne chance hai inme se koi 3 sahi ho jaaye?
In my opinion, best chance for Cabinet and fair chance for sfb and butterfly. Right to vote might be dropped. Even for right to property it is generally said to be a legal right usually or legal or constitutional right in Laxmikanth. So both can be right.
simple hai...coaching wale kam hi cutoff bolenge...nahi to extra student kahan se aaynega...so whatever they are claiming its definitely going to be more by 5-10 marks

Right to Property is Constitutional Right. No doubt in that at all. D D Basu has given atleast 3-3 pages discussion on this, both in FR chapter, Amendment chapter, and Outstanding Features chapter.
I feel answer for horse is 1,Dpsp were limitations,cabinet,quick decision making,scnt D
Did you count all these correct in your score of 108?
Oh No.I never mentioned 108 anywhere.I mentioned 104 to 107(obc)and I already accepted many times i could fail.on reading ur comments it looks u r trying to driving away ur frustration by typing silly things in the name of joke.Enjoy lol
@arunnt i remember you were on boundary line last year.Dont worry, this time you are sailing through
Thanks, lets see,I do have a slight hope but I decided not to meddle with upsc anymore If i failed this time and consider this attempt as my last as it looks I am not talented enough for this exam when people r easily getting beyond 140 in any kind of paper.Ha ha, if not for my obc reservation i could never pass prelims.
bro.. dont think like that.. UPSC needs no special talent.. some luck + good amount of hardwork
I still could not believe about this luck bro as its an objective type paper and some people r getting 130 continually ,passing prelims 4 to 5 times, luck does not favour one person consistently.Yes hard work is needed for sure and i know i am lacking in this part.
improve on it.. read 1 year so much that u loose ur soul.. if u still fail move.. i had thought i would quit upsc had i failed pre.. my mom was very sad on listening this.. but i was convinced luck is too dominant here..
hard work can take u into top 3000 or so.. but seats are only 500 .. for genral (no disregard to any category, though i want roster system applied)
Bhai apke hisaab se cutoff kitna jayega. Also neostencil ke alawa kisika aya hai kya cutoff?
not more than 106.. 2015 m mera first attempt tha yet could manage 106 and missed just by 1 mark.. but agar yeh mera 1st attempt hota toh mere 80s m hote.,.. this is not at all easy paper... shayd last 7 saal m sabse difficult.. this year freshers gonna have bad time
level of options, lenghth of paper and Qs from some unconventional sources have made it hell
Mujhe toh yahi lagta last time saara khel first timer ne bigada tha ,..mere bhi 140 the..is baar first timer 120 se upar dur dur tak nazar nahi aa rahe hai..
I will re iterate a few concepts for everyone. Just think about it. I dont want much discussion on these two as they are very conceptual and most likely anyone who thinks about it will reach the same conclusion.
1. One of the implications of equality in Society (not utopia) is the absence of a. Privileges b. Restraints.
Ans. Restraints. Privileges will always remain, (either material or otherwise). Think 'equality of opportunity' and not equality before law.
2. Cabinet is used because:
Ans. Better allocation of business and thus increase efficiency. Entire Council of ministers is collectively responsible, not just Cabinet.
Restraint to rahega hi bhai. Restraint will go only if there is no law. No one is controlled etc.
Aur bhai cabnet and council of ministers fundamentally same hai. India me alag isliye hai kyunki yaha unnecessarily logo ko minister bana dete hai aur power 3-4 logo k paas rehti hai.

Yaar pichle 2 din se dekh rha hu. Sach me Gandh Macha rakhi he yaha Kafi logo ne. Jaha bas 3-4 questions pe doubt tha ab waha Wo badh ke 6-7 ho gaye he!! Aur ye kya cabinet wala questions pe doubt he, jab pata he ki cabinet form of gov hi parliamentary form of gov he to fir yaha argument karne ki jagah jao upsc se kar lo. Yaha kya ghanta b ni milega argument karke. Maine b answer b likha he but jab pata he ki c sahi answer he to accept kar lo na yar.. sala is trah ke arguments dimag me aa kaha se jate he.. nikal rha aise to apka GS 4. Be honest at least to yourself.
Actuallly , we should gracefully accept that our answers are wrong rather than blaming questions and UPSC....jo galat h wo h ...jo doubtful h 2 - 3 unpe we can discuss....Blaming the terms like ''enormous'' etc makes no sense..Saying enormous Foreign Reserves for me means that of China although they have not used China anywhere simply means its our fault..I got one lollypop negative assuming Rupay is a gateway not scheme but OKAY that's fine these things happen in exams..
