It seems this UPSC is very strange..when i called in the morning they gave ambivalent response..can't say..when i pressed for specific answer..they said it depends..you will come to know the decision..@BANE_07 what did they say to u.??
Yup, I called him too, pressed for postponement. The lady, who took the call, seemed amused and merely asked me to study well as the exam is near.
Quite clearly, not a twig has stirred at the upsc. The babus at DoPT and UPSC have probably informally decided it among themselves to ignore the matter. Since there is negligible political capital to be had from this issue, netas don't care either.
It's best to close this rather distracting thread and get on with serious studies!
