I am ca my boss at our location is 12 pass He got job as his father died ,even this is not their in RBI He did his bcom while in job Now through promotion he is asset.manager and I am reporting him He even did not know what is diff between service tax n vat he is heading a big location as a finance incharge The same thing is their in almost all location
This all thing makes RBI far better as u will not find more staff promotee

For continuing UPSC prepration ITI is anyday better thanRBI grade B........ However If one has to do a job permanently than RBI definetly provides better avenues than ITI....

What are the work timings in RBI ? I thought they were more comfortable compared to ITI
RBI can be only compared with the troika, i.e. IAS-IFS-IPS!
Maybe to IRS as well, but the issue is open for debate 8-}
RBI is great but please limit you praise. There is no comparison between the the troika and RBI. You get every advantage that RBI presents with them and then some more.
And if you decide to be corrupt there is little scope for scale in RBI whereas the sky(and your greed) is the limit in IRS.
