@Sleeplessnights_89 Thanks buddy. May be I misinterpreted the question. But I divided the question as two - sociology as a discipline-scientific and sociology as interpretative. Thus the seemingly long and irrelevant initial 3 paras - pertaining to the first part - socio as a discipline.
On a separate note, I am trying for socio questions everyday online from now onwards and try to see if this thread gathers a critical mass. Its been languishing and I had been busy with GS. Now I will be fairly regular. Lets see how this goes.

@Compete_with_self7 Ask for Mahapatra Sir's notes.. I don't think they sell Paper-1 and 2 notes separately. Whether it's available with them or not, that you'll get to know only when you pay them a visit. If they don't have them, request them. I'm sure they'll order. They're quite helpful. All the best!
