@Neyawn If you have the Pre GS Q papers of last 10-15 years in soft copy, could you post it here? Plz..
@Neyawn Do yoy think the pre cut off would go up in coming years, as now on the GS syllabus has just become a very big super set of Pre? Like the awareness reqd to clear pre, esp GS, will be sort of a pre-condn to make a serious attempt in mains.

No I don't have it :-) And I highly recommend you to get it in hard copy rather than the soft copy. Try getting the one where the questions are segregated on the basis of areas from which they have come.

The cut-off will go up? I don't think so. With CSAT, the cut of has already gone up with MBA smarties making a dent and making their presence felt :-)
Once you appear for Mains, definitely the GS paper, even for Pre becomes a lot easy. For one, you now know exactly what to study and what not to study. Plus you knowledge has been consolidated over a year. A student who cleared Pre 2012, wrote Mains 2012 and has to write pre 2013 again, shall have better hold over GS things because he studied GS all throughout the year. Opposed to someone who did not write Mains, gave up reading newspaper and will appear for 2013.
MBA's (or Bank PO experts) who get through on basis of CSAT used to face trouble in Mains because of optionals. GS anyway even they end up studying well. Now with Optionals gone (assuming the current status) it more level headed game. The advantages for any category of student is getting lesser. because the MBA smarty's will study GS better than some of us, and beat us in our own game, while still working all day long at their job.
@Neyawn I had tried getting one, but none were avl. Only KBC-nano publication was avl, where ans was just below the question, I dint like it. Can u recommend any good publisher, & the shop in ORN from where I can buy it?
Did you try Arihant or New Vishal? I had two question papers. One was , I guess New Vishal, with questions without answers. It was useful in rewriting the tests.
I also inherited Wizard's Solved question papers from Aravindhan P, who was a friend from Bangalore, and who cleared IPS (first preference) in first attempt, without much effort. He said you won;t get time to solve all, so keep this Wizard's also, so that you can read the detailed solution of all questions once. At least before Pre you should know all the previous year questions and their answers.
So I had two, one unsolved which I used to practice and other Wizard which was solved with lot of good points. I might sound paranoid to have two, but back then, I was scared of failing.
@Neyawn My room-mate has arihant, but its not previous year questions I guess, maybe I'll take a look again. Regarding others(Wizard, New Vishal etc), I tried asking in about 3-4 shops in ORN, but they dint have it.
Anyway if u know any specific shop where they're avl, plz let me know.
And take a look at this, and tell me what do u think of it, esp about the ans marked.
Don't sweat on it. I mean don't take the prints and all. Just try New Vishal's at Sood and the fat guy's shop next to his. In the end you should have just analyses previous years questions, studied accordingly and should be able to identify a UPSC question when you see one.
This is not a criteria per se for qualifying, but You'll se most toppers, be it IIT, CAT or UPSC, knowing previous years questions back and forth.

I can get the whole thing printed back home. Would u suggest me to do that? Or should I search in a few more shops for new vishal's or wizard?
