there would be someone else who would look for grammatical errors and appropriate words (which i don't think would be more than 3-4 in both the documents)

Thanks for reading, Please RE-READ the document as i've used a 'kaam-chalaau' word in absence of a BETTER WORD, and such 'kaam-chalaau' words are being used at 5-6 places. please suggest better words if you FEEL.
Please FEEL FREE to suggest BETTER WORDS as LANGUAGE REALLY COUNTS, that is why we've worked hard on language but i know there are still some not-so-better words.
@gks in 3 (iii) 2nd para ,the change in the mains examination 2013 was informed on 3rd april 2012.it should be 2013 in place of 2012.in the table it is correctly written as 3rd april 2013.

For proper format of suggestions - please look at @Battle_begins2015 's post above where he has made 4 suggestions. His Suggestion 4 is really CATCHING - as we decided TO REPLACE "ALL" the occurrences of word "DEMAND" by "REQUEST" but this occrrence was MISSED BY MISTAKE - Good Catch.
i find everything else correct ,but some space management and font size management can be done.u need to ask somebody else as i am not good in this.i think @geeta is better suited. summary one page ho to fax karne mein easy hoga.
when final draft is approved and ready ,please post it on all forums and use every opportunity to spread the word. we need to send this summary n full draft en masse to mail ids ,which will be posted later...from PM to PMO,DOPT,CABINET MINISTERS nobody should be left.
