you people have done a wonderful job.
@geeta pls do correct spell mistakes n corrections like insecure not unsecure..a few more r there..hope everyone stops cribbing n takes it in positive spirit..it gives bad impression if we have incorrect language.
if 5 persons are making 5 suggestions in the word document at 20 different and 5 same places - HOW WOULD I COMBINE THEM for Analysing their suitability ?
It is a practical problem.
The solution -> Refer to the Target paragraph by 'Point - sub-point' and propose the solution -> It would be the easiest way FOR ME to club the suggestions because we are not working in a shared environment.
Also please don't propose ANY MAJOR INCLUSION / exclusion as those HAD TO BE PROPOSED IN PAST 3-4 days since when the INITIAL DRAFT WAS IN PUBLIC DOMAIN, and NOT NOW at the LAST TIME.
Any as can be seen in this draft - any MAJOR proposals proposed in last 3-4 days, have been incorporated in this draft.
proposals: in summary: 1.after first para- a humanitarian perspective is requested" FROM THE GOVERNMENT" 2. not unsecure but INSECURE YEAR 3. after point number 4 in summary..it will be better if its written our other concerns and then mention the points..a,b,c etc. 4. in point 4 only , i would suggest WE REQUEST ..its not our legal right( exact word told by dopt secy) REST EVERYTHING IS FINE.GOOD WORK @gks and team.
just read it brother, don't go for english - just look for 'idea flow'
there would be someone else who would look for grammatical errors and appropriate words (which i don't think would be more than 3-4 in both the documents)

IDEA WISE EVERYTHING FINE.IF WE CAN MAKE IT BETTER,WE SHOULD NOT BE RELUCTANT.BELIEVE ME EVERYTHING COUNTS.
if you are good in english grammar, please Proof-read the document for grammatical mistakes as it is NOT proofread yet by anyone OUTSIDE the drafting group.
2 things to take care while proof-reading -> (1) There is NO spelling mistake (already checked by software) (2) There may be some QUITE DIFFERENT WORD suggested by software - for example - if i wanted to write 'hug' but i wrongly wrote 'hud' -> then while checking by the software it suggested 'hut' and i clicked 'yes' by mistake - so there would be 'hut' written in the document which is wrong, such 3-4 words may be there and have to be looked for mainly, because it would change the WHOLE meaning. (3) Some words are intentionally used 'currently-used' word in absence of better word - it does not mean that it is mistakenly written - it is used just in the basence of a better word - so please SUGGEST A BETTER WORD in those cases.
and Thanks to 'battle_begins' he has pointed one thing that i forgot to request everyone who are going to proof-read the document ->
Lets discuss the same example pointed by him - insecure and unsecure, Here 'unsecure' is being used in place of 'vulnerable' - ie, most vulnerable years of their youth (but then vulnerable might suggest - a specific area's youth are more vulnerable to become maoists), here it is not written BY MISTAKE in place of insecure because insecure is a noun and a state of mind and unsecure is 'unsecure from outside environment and effects' - like, unsecure computer network.
So in such cases - please suggest a BETTER WORD in place of of 'unsecure' (instead of replacing it by insecure) because it is not mistakenly written - it is written because a BETTER word could be written but did not come to my mind
I'm giving the same example as there would be around 10 places where a better word can be suggested.
