Sorry to mention this... but why we are demanding extra attempt and age relaxation.... people have written and qualified for the examination... everybody was on the same page.... everyone got information at the same time...it is a competitive exam and candidate are judged relatively...moreover i dont think that anyone who was betting on paper 2 was preparing for paper 2... it is like this and we shd accept our failure and move on in life.... otherwise this exam will eat up more years of your youth life... P.S last attempt this time.... failed in pre....before this 5 attempt and five mains... both time cleared IFoS... So frnds dont misunderstand me... And i will not deny that If age and attempt are given I will also give the exam( either you pass or you will keep on giving exam unless your attempts are over)..and waste more years
move on means what...get married..have a job in pvt sector and dont fight for injustice...come on..dnt be an escapist..n ppl shud be given opportunity..
6 attempts are more than the opportunity... anyways things are always grey... i respect your fighting zeal... but i didnot consider it a injustice... i see it fight for privileges... that is not wrong... best of luck bro in your efforts
6 attempts...no everytime pattern kept changing..n you r definitely not an aspirant or may be u never understood d exam...2014 ..ppl got a new lease of life..many reached interview,some got a rankl..some were unlucky..now again a single paper ate serious aspirants' chances..in pre itself..so ppl r fighting..if it was same pattern..ppl wud hv moved like probably u did..i rest my case.

Bro some r good at gs some are at csat they got csat scrapped and look this year csat paper it was easiest .they played game also by putting memory based questions in gs leaved no room for reason and application. So do not deny injustice. And bro others job r really humiliating

Sharmaji, you should realise that this exam was never about toil and merit only. Luck was always a constant factor, only the degree varied with time. All those selected were relatively meritorious and undoubtedly lucky too.
Aap is tarah se kyu baat kar rahe hain. 2015 prelims me merit kam aur luck ya tukka ne bahut log ka result decide kar diya. So if aspirants are demanding a chance to write again, there should me no objection from anyone. Aur agar aap jaise log bhi in baaton ko nahi samajh rahe to DOPT ya UPSC to sidha GO TO HELL kah degi. Then people like you, the incremental rationalists, will be happy.

Guys please we need unity and support.We have our cause and that is just what we feel, so whether somebody says that they have different opinion doesn't matter. We have to follow the path which brings us to our aim of extra attempt.
In my office alone, three of us attended interview in 2014. All three are out in prelims 2015. Aur 4 log select hue hain, inme se 2 ne to mains ka pura syllabus nhi aaj tak.nahi parha..

Yar..but no job is humiliating..excel where u r....ias ips cant reach the prestige of kalam aur amartya sen....btw i m also aspirant...indian bcrats cant even manage muhrram n puja....they cant decide route so that clashes cud be avoided....
