arey guys meri baat is itna hungama ho gaya, i take back my words and really sorry if anyone hurt by my comments i was just trying to cheer up engineers as many non-engineers were in jubiliant mood today. Many of you are more committed and deserving than me to become an ias officer as you can see my commitment i didn't appeared for the exam last year to get a secure job.So all the best to everyone irrespective of college and stream.I won't return on the forum to reply back because i am active on facebook and whatsapp also and anyone cricizing my comments i would happily accept that criticism without replying. One last advice to everyone enjoy your life don't take this exam as end of the world your world is much bigger than upsc , i hope that i would clear this exam but i would be more than happy to continue with my job if i didn't clear. Thankyou for reading this and giving me your precious time ,now get back to studies.ALL THE BEST.
Chal @ghanta_jet Aaj Hamara yahan koi kaam nahi....
Reddy is ur father .... whose ur mother ??? aur ye online delivery kaise hui teri... whats ur age ??
Well bro. That's a long story you know..... Ask Reddy no. He never tells me about my mother.... By the way how do you know ki Reddy is my father and not mother??? Beery bad haan...... Male chauvinist u.... (
@Krispy it is not the judgement but the lack of clarity and propriety of communication in the decision which is bothersome it might very well be that jitendra himself was told by his pa that it has been kept qualifying (status quo) and the lack of understanding which is evident by his dilly dallying equivocal handling of the issue he considered it to be a significant change and came to the camera and spoke about it.

That video makes it very clear. So CSAT is gone for all practical purposes. As long as you just do even RCs, its done and done.
Chalo yaar achchi baat hai. Heartiest and sincere congratulations to all anti-csat protestors!
Bro I am not anti csat guy. My score in csat has been always more than 160 even when last year it was out of 180. I always score high in csat. But irony is that we have to accept the truth . I personally is totally against removing csat.
@cse_seeker No, I am happy that you brought out the video. I have posted it in other threads too
I am extremely pro-CSAT - but am not really concerned about the loss of CSAT.
Personally the hate I see for engineers on this thread, I feel like some people have deep seated insecurities that is manifesting as an ego-defensive attitude.
@ramnik Brother, I understand your need for closure and clarity. But such a major decision isn't taken at the level of PA of DoPT. This was a decision taken by BJP Govt. and passed down to DoPT. It would be Shri Jitendra who informed his PA and not vice-versa. But the article is very very unclear. That itself explains why aptitude is needed ... but shhh... let's not talk about that, some people will be offended.
@kumar_deepak3265 If you comparing a novice politician like AK with heads of state there is little I can argue with you. Because if I start counting the number of ministers from Stephen's you might need cover.
The day any IIT, AIIMS or IIM can throw a comparable alumni, please restart this argument.
And here I am talking about just one college. If I include other colleges like SRCC, KMC, Hindu, LSR etc the list might be never ending.
Btw, an alumni of LSR also happens to be a Noble Prize Winner. Find out who.
@ankur22 Tu bhi padh le bhai. Jogi jaise ko lekar baitha hai. lol. I am sure people like Amitabh and Shahrukh pay some of the highest income taxe in the country. Padh le kahaan ki alumni hain.
IITs are not for producing"alumni list".They give nation builders, and nation building is done by engineers and scientists.Even the processor of the laptop which you use to write comments was developed by an engineer,Vinod Dham. You people all over your life read history geography, polity. But We IITians conquer your territory in 4-5 months.can you conquer ours?if your answer is no,then please do not comment further.
kranti laao..aandolan akro..pro csat wale koi aandolan anhi kiye isiliye csat doob gaya..in indian democracy jo aandolan akrta ahi usi ki suni jaati hai..
mukherjee nagar (humanities wale ) they can do andolan ..weather JNU,ABVP or DU ..they can pull off such a thing ...doctors ..engineers ..tumse na ho payega ...reasons ..we dont have the numbers ...we dont have leaders ..our unions are a joke for politics....and lets be fair ...we are geeks, nerds whatever u call ..we are pussies ..never been in fight ...that was not online ...
) Bhai aap to full form me ho lekin mere kuch doctors dost hain jo ga*d faadu hadtaal karte hain, Engineers ka lekin bilkul sahi hai!
doctors can manage such hartaals ..becoz ..even after lathicharge ...they can first aid each other ..
what it meant for 33% qualifying marks. Whether marks more than specified will be counted or not for cutoff or analogously marks below it means disqualified..?? can anyone differentiate & elaborate it...
