optional padhna shuru kiya toh wo gayab....doosra optional tayaar bhi kiya fir wo bhi champat....CSAT sey nikala toh ab wo bhi gayab...saala UPSC ko kuch logo nay ego satisfy karney ki jagah bana diya hai aur hum ban gaye hai GHANTA sab baja rahey hai... :-L
That video makes it very clear. So CSAT is gone for all practical purposes. As long as you just do even RCs, its done and done.

Bro I am not anti csat guy. My score in csat has been always more than 160 even when last year it was out of 180. I always score high in csat. But irony is that we have to accept the truth . I personally is totally against removing csat.

Just asking... eligibility criteria for cse is undergrad from recognised university but iipm is not recognised and they dont offer degrees ...even they have clarified it in ystrdays or day before ystrdays hindu it is mentioned... hw come she sat for the exam?
IIPM prost grad degree deta hai shayad. She did MBA from IIPM, and had BSc degree before joining IIPM.

Last year 97-103.
110 is minimum considering 2014 level.For 2013 and 2012 level 110 should be safe
Matlab? Last year paper was tough then 110 when 'easy' in 2012/2013 then also 110. However, Last year was my first attempt, i can back myself for upto 115 easily. Don't worry about me. The seats vacated by 55s and 65s are now mine >-
For some 2014 gs was factual and hence 'scoring' .The previous papers were a bit more conceptual and hence less 'scoring' or less 'easy'.
Lekin mains to likh rahe the na, bhale kisi bhi bhasha mein dhang se likhna ya bolna aaye ya na aaye. Bhai IIT/IIM/DU/any other university se farq nahi parta. Zaroori hai aapke paas ek vision ho aur aapko use articulate karna aaye. 60 mins. mein 60 questions banana is not an achievement for a leader. It may be good for an assistant.
