Possible Interview Questions for Mechanical Engineer

Its been almost 6 years since i completed my B.Tech in Mechanical. I believe that instead of going through complete syllabus, we can ensure a safety valve for personal interview by discussing questions which a laymen can ask from a mechanical graduate. Its high time to work on this, to ensure timely correction in our approach. @guest we can start from here..

last year I was asked only 3-4 basic ques on electronics pure basic despite having cmpltd it only a year ago nd didn't have ny exp or pg to show so I guess in you're cases I dont think there will be a lot of emphasis on mech engg questions but again u all have diff exp so be prepared for worst

I know that, i wont be able to prepare mechanical in detail.. but questions from automobile, power sector, steel making, material science can be asked anytime.. So seeking some help with respect to that..

@mnrnjn bro, you tell me what areas to focus at this particular time instead of wasting it. I gave mains in 2012 but missed out due to double trouble of pub Ad and socio.
  • Someone please post the mains 2014 question papers of Mechanical Engineering. Every subject's question paper has been made available on the forum except Mechanical.
